WE OFFER

Our Products

Precast Concrete Wall Panels

Engineered to your specifications, our wall panels are available in various shapes, sizes (up to 38 x 11 feet), and finishes. Ideal for long-term infrastructure, they require minimal maintenance and offer enhanced safety, potentially lowering insurance rates. Choose from decorative finishes to make your building stand out.

Precast Concrete Firewalls

Our firewalls provide superior fire resistance, withstanding fires for up to four hours. Suitable for buildings storing or operating near combustible materials, they can be customized with necessary penetrations and fire-rated door frames cast during production.

Precast Concrete Columns & Beams

Designed to support multi-story and mixed-use buildings, our columns and beams offer structural integrity and can be tailored to accommodate various architectural designs.

Precast Concrete Stairwell Shafts

Enhance safety and efficiency with our stairwell shafts, offering up to four hours of fire resistance. They come with embedded connections for seamless integration into your building's structure.

Precast Concrete Elevator Shafts

Our elevator shafts are compatible with any building system and can be produced without height restrictions. Precast off-site, they reduce on-site labor and are quick to install, often within days for structures up to three stories high.

Precast Concrete Veneer & Cladding

Enhance your building's exterior with our veneer and cladding options, available in various textures and finishes to meet your design preferences.

Hollowcore

Hollowcore can be used in a wide range or construction projects including residential, multi-story, apartments, commercial and industrial buildings. As well, used for various purposed such as accommodating electrical cables and plumbing through the voids, thus increasing their versatility.

Hollowcore

Hollowcore slabs are extruded prestressed concrete slabs with continuous voids to reduce weight and cost.

The primary uses are floor and roof systems.

Speed of Erection

Installation can be relatively fast and safe in variable weather conditions, meaning our team is in and out faster, giving quicker access to other trades

Reduce Material Usage

Hollowcore is prestressed, meaning that internal stressors are introduced during the manufacturing process, the steel strands are tensioned before the concrete is poured, to counteract the stresses that will result from applied loads. When using a prestressed and pretensioned product, it allows for longer spaces, thus reducing the need for other supporting frame elements, making it a very cost-effective product.

Voids

Hollowcore voids are intentional hollow spaces within the slab that run throughout the entire length to reduce the weight and increase the spans. The lighter weight translates to reduce loads on the overall structure, reduce the load during transport and installation.

Sound Reduction

Through the construction process, hollowcore natural offers good sound insulation. The voids within the slabs act as sound dampeners, making it difficult for sound to travel and the dense concrete has a high mass which naturally absorbs sounds rather than reflecting it

Environmentally Friendly and Responsible

Hollowcore slabs require less raw materials (less cement, less water and less steel strands), less fuel and lower transportation costs resulting in a lower carbon footprint. Concrete, in general, does not emit gas, toxic compounds or volatile organic compounds and while being moisture resistant, it does not rot or mold, making for excellent indoor air quality
